Louise Hadfield Post-graduate in CBT, BSC (Hons) Mental Health, BSC (Hons) Social Psychology, Diploma in Nursing (RMN)

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP accred) currently working both with the NHS and privately providing assessment and treatment using cognitive Behavioural methods with clients experiencing moderate to severe psychological distress.  I have also completed part 1,2,3 EMDR UK and Ireland training and am now a fully accredited EMDR practioner enabling me to use EMDR within my practice. I am on the training pathway for Mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and have completed parts 1&2 teacher training.

I have helped people experiencing Post- traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, Obsessional compulsive disorder, Health anxiety, abuse, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, body dysmorphic disorder, sleep problems, pain management, general anxiety disorder and depression.


I also have over 15 years of experience working with adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties such as personality disorder, bi-polar disorder and Schizophrenia.
